Hey there! I’m just a 27+ year old gal trying to make it this world! I am offering commissions. I love making character profiles. Terms of Service:

Before you decide on doing any type of business/commission with me, you must agree and understand the following terms completely.

Payment + Process Info:
• Payment is with Stripe or ko-fi only. I will send an invoice once I receive the payment.
• 50% of the total price is required up front and before I even start the sketch.
◦ The completed work will be sent once I have received the payment in full.
• The stages of my process are: Rough Sketch, Cleaned-Up Sketch, Line-art, Flat Colors, Shading/Highlights. All stages will be watermarked for protection.
• I will update you via email or by Bluesky to show you the various stages of the sketch.
◦ During this time, you will be allowed some minor revisions. If the sketch is approved by you, I will go on to the next stage and so on.
• The final work will be sent (watermarked) and 4 minor revisions are allowed. Anymore than that and a fee will be charged.
Delivery Method:
• You will receive a watermarked, full resolution, .png image file. There will be no physical media made. All of the items will be sent digitally; including the invoice. You will receive a copy of the image without a watermark as well.
• You will be emailed the artwork via postimage link (for quality) or simply via attachment through email.
Important Things to Consider:
• All commissions are for personal use only. This includes: profile pictures, banners, and etc. You may repost the artwork and share it, but please credit me as Seraphim Pixels (Yumiko Shirayuki).
• You are not allowed to resell my work--whether it be physically or digitally, create NFTs, use it to feed an AI image program/website, in an online/physical shop, and things of that nature. You are also not allowed to exchange it under any circumstance.
• I own all rights to the art I create and I am allowed to repost it where I see fit and monetize it if I choose to. If the client really does not wish for their commissioned piece to not be reposted for valid reasons, I will honor that choice.
• If I cannot complete a commission, I will refund you partially or fully depending on the stage of the artwork I am at.
• Commercial rights are going to cost more and have higher fees and we must come to an agreement on it before I accept any deal.
• The prices listed are the base and not the fixed or final amount. Depending on the complexity of the piece, you may have to pay a fee.
• I have every right to decline a commission for any reason; especially if it is too complex for me or if I just don’t want to do it.
• It may take anywhere from a week to two months to complete an artwork because I enjoy being thorough. Please be patient. I will keep you updated on every process that I complete.
• If you cannot make a payment on time, I am open to making a sort of payment plan on certain commissions. If so, let’s discuss terms via email. If I decline your offer, I will hold onto your commission for a set time until you are able to pay what you are owed. You will not receive the final artwork until I have received the payment in full.
◦ If you are unable to complete the payment at all, I will keep the amount you sent. No refunds. Depending on the situation, I may even partially refund you (ex; 15-25%) of the amount paid depending on the amount you have paid and what stage I am at during the drawing.
• Once you have approved of all of the stages of the art, paid in full, and received your artwork, I will not issue a refund. You are welcome to opening another commission, however.
Other:
-Drawing references for your characters are appreciated, but not necessarily required. HOWEVER, by including a reference, you make both of our lives much easier! :)
-You can include a backstory for your character as well! I love reading other's information on their characters.
-Yes, you can commission multiple drawing style types, but a fee may be added depending on the complexity. For example, you can order a normal, dark, and cartoon style in one commission. If so, you will be given them in separate image files.In closing, you have read, understood, and agree with the terms listed above by commissioning me.

By accepting a commission from me, you are accepting, understanding, and agreeing to the TOS (Terms of service).

I will be offering multiple types of art styles to choose from. The main three types will be listed below:
-Normal style, Dark style, & cartoony style. Prices will vary judging by the art style as well.
If you'd like another style (example: DBZ, JJBA, etc) let me know and I'll see if I can do it!)
